General UPDATE – 11th October

Improved checklist functionality – Update 

  • All the users assigned to a checklist can now check tasks, this includes branch users, contractors, and clients. In addition, when any of the users assigned to the checklist mark a task as completed, all other users in the checklist will be notified, and all actions are recorded in the audit trail.

Stage claim template – Bug fix

Hide other contractors/suppliers when sending messages – Update

  • When sending tender requests and messages to multiple contractors/suppliers, individual contractors/suppliers will only see themselves in the “To” section of the message.

Client enquiry specification – Bug fix

Australia Councils – Update 

  • The Australian councils list in the project overview council dropdown has been updated.  And, now when Australia is selected as the site address country, only Australian councils will be displayed.
