Sporting a new knowledge base that now includes video tutorials, the ability to submit support tickets and check on their status, plus heaps of helpful articles, the updated Rave Build Help is now even more effective in solving any issues or queries you run into while using the software.
All this, and it’s carrying an updated look that’s smoother and more consistent with your user experience while using Rave daily.
Rave Help is available to all users of Rave Build via the Rave Help menu button. That includes those in the project management team, customers, and contractors alike. We believe it’s extremely important that you’re getting the most out of your Rave experience, and knowing the in’s and out’s of each feature plays a big part in this.
To best outline the new features of Rave Help, we figured why not work our way down from the top.
The first thing you’ll notice is that there is an option to enter a search term to quickly find the helpful information you need. This is awesome if you’re short on time and need a quick fix or reminder. In the example below, we can see a simple search for “password”, can bring forward all of the relevant help articles regarding this search.
Aside from searching for the relevant information, you’re able to scroll through the many options on the home page. Notice the “Quick-start – Rave Build training video series”, this is an awesome training series set up by Corey our very own customer service and training manager, which runs through the essential departments of Rave and how to use them effectively – from admin to owners! This introduction of video help tutorials is one we are extremely proud of – with more to come soon!
To complement our video help tutorial content, is a more traditional bank of FAQ articles, for our most commonly asked questions and queries. You can find this right underneath the Quickstart section. With subjects ranging from editing your profile, all the way through to locking your schedule. Categories include Getting Started, Sales Support, Client Management, Project Managers Support, Branch Managers Support, and Contractor and Supplier Support.
One of the key features that you’ll find within Rave Help is the ability to submit Support Tickets. This is a very user-friendly process and one that just requires you to enter your email address, a subject line, and a description of your request, a bug/error you’ve noticed, or any recommendation you have to make Rave Build an ever greater platform for you to use! Once you’ve submitted this request, you can track it as it progresses through until it’s resolved by clicking on Check Ticket Status on the main Help page.
A final feature that we’d like to touch on, is the introduction of contractor & supplier focused training videos. These are extremely effective tools to ensure the maximum “buy-in” from your contractors to achieve the best results from all aspects of your project management.
Firstly contractor and supplier training for our branch users – in this training, we cover the benefits of RAVE for your contractors and suppliers, 5 tips to improve their engagement, and all the ways we will support them if they need assistance.
