Two new user groups have recently been added to Rave. You now have the ability to add a Site Manager and/or a Site Staff member. Each user group has a more limited branch level access than a traditional branch user, but they do have far more project access and functionality than your contractors and suppliers.
These features are great as they’re allowing branches to load their Site Staff team into RAVE – but without the traditional full level access to the Branch information such as contract price and other financial details. This is also handy because it allows Site Managers to manipulate the schedule and mark tasks off as complete like a Project Manager can – plus allows Site Managers and Site Staff the ability to add comments and photos to tasks.
You can add a Site Manager and/or Site Staff member via the ‘Set Permission’ section of your branch owner user profile, and selecting the new “Site Staff/Managers” tab.
