Sign In page – Update
- The ‘Name’ field description has changed to ‘Username’ on the Sign-in page.
Customised Login Page border – Bug Fix
- The above-mentioned bug is fixed.
Import your Contractor/Contact List with an Upload Template – Update
- We have now provided a CSV template for admin users to download to assist with uploading their Contractor/Contact list, that helps them match their column data making the overall experience much easier. Available via the Contractors/Contacts tab by clicking “Add new contact” then “Upload a contact list”
Custom CSV Reports column mismatch error – Bug Fix
- The above-mentioned bug is fixed.
Trade drops off when contact is edited – Bug Fix
- The above-mentioned bug is fixed.
Attach photos to RAVE messaging – Update
- Users can now add photos to their client messaging.
Navigation Instructions added to task and milestone Gantt display – Update
- Left and Right scrolling instructions have been added to the Gantt displays i.e. hold SHIFT+MOUSE SCROLL to scroll the Gantt left and right.
Reduced cell width in Gantt – Update
- Cell size has been further reduced on project schedule’s Task Gantt view.
Task Gantt print – Bug Fix
- The above-mentioned bug is fixed.
View project name in the Gantt Task on the FTE report – Update
- Project names are now displayed on Gantt Task in FTE reports.
Ability to edit Stage Claim and Variation descriptions – Update
- Stage claim and variation descriptions can now be edited right up until requests have been sent for processing.
Client Variation Approval request icon – Update
- An icon is now displayed on the variation after an approval request is sent to a client.
Status wording in Schedule Task change – Update
- When a stage claim is attached to a task in schedule, the task status dropdown shows ‘open’ and ‘request’. When a user selects ‘request’, the system will do the requested action and change the status to ‘requested’.
Timesheet entry display – Update
- A timesheet entry is displayed as soon as the user “clocks in” (even if the user does not clock out).
