General UPDATE – 11 March

Rave Help refresh – Update

  • The Rave Help Knowledge base is under going a refresh – from today
  • Email requests for support, feedback, and suggestions for improvement are now logged as a ‘New Support Ticket’, and you now have the ability to ‘Check your Ticket Status’ 
  • Help articles are now called ‘Solutions’
  • Updated User Training Video’s are available from the Rave Build Management – Master Training Series solution via the Getting Started Folder

Suspended user details appear on Client Welcome email – Bug Fix

  • The above-mentioned bug is fixed.

‘Client Lead’ filter – New Feature

  • Filter by “leads” has been added to the Site/Build, Build Projects page – allowing branch users to hide pending clients from their project lists.

Lot number added to the Client Overview page – Update

  • The “Lot number” is now added on Client Overview page.

“Resend Invite” button for contractors – New Feature

  • Branch users can resend invitation email to contractors even if they have not logged in yet.

Suspended Staff replaced in the Schedule – Update

  • Suspended users are replaced in the Project Schedule tasks and the Project People list, by the user that was selected during the suspension of the user in question.

Display month on FTE Report once Printed – Update

  • The above-mentioned bug is fixed.

Contractor list printing – phone number duplication – Bug Fix

  • The above-mentioned bug is fixed.

Progress Payment page Client Login time stamp – New Feature

  • The latest Client Login will be time-stamped and displayed on the Progress Payment page for Branch User Logins – whenever the Client opens the Progress Payment page.

Variation Text Wrapping – Update

  • Longer text on variations are now wrapped.
