Client Project Portal Tutorial added to Rave Help – Update
We have added a NEW Project Portal video tutorial to Rave Help, showing clients how to access their build project, and project details.
We cover it all, logging into Rave (via your customised and branded Rave portal), resetting their password, opening their project, project details, images and documents, messaging, scheduled tasks (if you assign tasks to the client), and the progress payment tab.

The Project Portal Overview tutorial is extremely user friendly, made with your clients in mind. This video provides clear, easy to understand guidance on using the portal – helping them to get the most out of their build experience.

Remember, with the Rave Client Portal you have total control over what the client can access – if and when you choose to give your client a login to their project via Rave. If you are unsure how to set this up, check out the Client Portal training for branch users. Both video tutorials, and the Project Portal youtube link, are available to view via Rave Help – just follow the path way from Rave Help > Knowledge base > QUICK START – Rave Build training video series > Getting Started 1 > All BRANCH USERS – Start here! And scroll down to the ‘Rave Build Management – Client Portal training’ and/or the ‘Rave Build Management – Project Portal Overview’.
If you have decided to give your clients access to their build, you can include the tutorial link (available from the Rave Help portal) along with their Rave login details. This way, they’re informed on how to best use the Project Portal.
