An update on our recently reported data breach. To the best of our knowledge, we have made contact with all clients who have been affected by this. We have been implementing our security updates, and are continuing to monitor our services daily. We will continue to keep our website blog updated with any relevant news. In the meantime:
- If you haven’t already done so, we recommend that you change your RAVE password – either via the ‘Change Password’ option via your profile dropdown within RAVE, or via this password reset link.
- Be on the lookout for phishing scams that could be impersonating you, your suppliers, or customers by copying an invoice or bill.
