Over the past few weeks, RAVE’s Customer Support team has been busy updating our Rave Help FAQ resources – to incorporate our latest releases, with updated workflows and screenshot imagery.
Once you’ve logged into our Rave Help portal (via our Rave Help button, located at the top right corner of your web browser RAVE screen) and scrolled down, you’ll see that our FAQs are generally sorted by role – Sales, Project Admin, Project Managers, Site Staff, Contractors & Suppliers, Accounts Staff, and Branch & Office Managers.
But, even better – each and every FAQ is keyword searchable! Simply type in a keyword i.e. Forgot Password, Add Client, Enterprise Scheduling, Back Costing, etc for the relevant FAQ articles to present themselves.
